Conference attendees make and donate 950 blankets in Las Vegas

Late in January, MVOB was chosen as the volunteer service opportunity for participants at a national conference held by Twilio, a company which provides programmable communication tools, in Las Vegas.

MVOB Founder, Jessica Rudolph, led a blanket-making event for 900+ employees gathered around tables in a huge ballroom at The Venetian Hotel.

After an hour or so of cutting fringe and tying knots, participants had created 950 blankets that were donated to three local children’s services: Clark County Children Services, National Youth Advocate Program & SAFY of Las Vegas.
