During these challenging times for holding group events, you can still host a blanket making event -- virtually!

Schedule a Zoom meeting, and in about an hour your employees--working in person or from home--can have create a lasting gift for a child in foster care.

Sponsor your “no-sew” fleece blanket kits online, and you will be on your way!

We are blessed by the support of businesses in Central Ohio and all around the United States. These organizations create a service opportunity that encourages their employees to make no-sew fleece blankets for children in foster care.

The company sponsors blankets, and employees (working together or individually at home) provide the labor to cut the fringe, tie the knots and complete our special labels.  We will provide an invoice on request for the amount of the company's sponsorship.  My Very Own Blanket is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Tax ID 90-0198206).

​Local (within 30 miles of Westerville).  ​If you wish to order and pay online with a credit card and pick up your kits, click here.  If you'd prefer to pay with a check, email [email protected]  with the number of kits you want and when you can pick them up. 

Your representative can pick up your blanket kits at our workshop and bring completed blankets back to us.  If you cannot get here during the hours we are open (Mon - Fri, 9 am - Noon), there are brown bins in front of our workshop where we will put your kits and where you can leave completed blankets.

Outside Central Ohio.  Order online and we will ship the blanket kits to you.  We encourage you to deliver your completed blankets to a foster care children's service organization in your area.  To help with this, we have put together a list of our partner agencies where Blanket Angels have donated their blankets.  There is at least one in each state in the U.S.  More information and agency list
