Quilt Donation Page

Make your donation here to secure your beautiful quilt, like Debbie, shown here with her new Puppy Faces quilt.

How to donate
1.  In the blue donation box below, click on the amount equal to the suggested donation for the quilt you have chosen.
2.  OR If you want us to ship your quilt, add $12 to the donation amount and enter the new total in the Custom Amount box. 
3.  Enter the number and name of your quilt in the space provided.
4.  Optional:  leave a comment if you wish.
5.  Click the "Next" button.
6.  Choose a payment option and complete the donation process by entering your name, address, etc. and credit card information. 
7.  Your quilt will be ready for you to pick up at the MVOB workshop within a week of your donation.  New workshop hours: 10 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
8.  Optional:  Create a donor account and/or help us by covering processing fees.
9.  Click the blue "Donate $(amount) One-time" button.

* To make your donation by check, make the check payable to My Very Own Blanket and drop off or mail to My Very Own Blanket, 407 W. Main Street, Westerville OH 43081. New workshop hours:  10 am to 4 pm, Mon thru Fri.
