Bank of America holds SECOND global blanket-making event in April 2025

On one day in April 2025, 618 Bank of America (BOA) team members in 20 buildings in 13 cities in 8 US states and 4 countries -- U.S., England, Ireland and Mexico -- made 600 blankets for children in foster care in local communities!

BOA sponsored the event to:

Support children in the foster care system near their various locations
Strengthen connections with Global Technology business partners.
Promote the Bank’s commitment to service during Global Service Month.
Foster team-building and network with colleagues.
Take a break to have fun with teammates!

We are extremely grateful for the commitment and support of Bank of America all over the U.S. and beyond!

I am a retired foster mother & on behalf of over 100 chikdren who have passed thru my home, I say a heartfelt thank-you.. These kids all need a blanket to surround them with love. Sandie Sturgeon
